Cornerstone Title Agency, LLC has handled title and closings in Central Ohio since 2002. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP, a Columbus law firm.

Cornerstone is a local title agency. We search titles, run closings and issue title insurance for buyers, sellers, lenders and investors in Columbus and the surrounding area.
Most title work is routine. Some is not. A missing mortgage release, an old judgment or an estate with loose ends can stall a closing. Because our parent firm's attorneys work in the same building, those problems go to lawyers we already know instead of a referral to a stranger.
Ohio sets title insurance premiums, so we do not compete on price. We compete on how well we handle your file and how clearly we explain it.
